I've read a lot of your OP stuff, and I love your writing, so there's really no excuse for not leaving comments anymore!
I love post-TB fics a lot, but for some reason even though every ZoSan fan has spent ample time pondering the scene, fics about it aren't as plentiful as I thought they would be.
That being said, even though it was so heartbreaking and melancholy, it was so THEM in a way. Because Zoro would never, EVER tell Sanji what happened between him and Kuma, so of course he can't understand why Sanji feels some sympathy. Likewise, Sanji will never, EVER tell Zoro that he KNOWS what happened, so he could never explain to Zoro WHY he feels the way that he does. But then, I really don't expect anything else from those two, which is why you have to wonder when one of them will (if they ever DO) break and just ADMIT THAT THEY HAVE FEELINGS. And I absolutely love how hard Sanji is trying without saying anything, even if Zoro just doesn't get it. Oh, boys...
Anyhow, loved it, and always glad to see your work in this fandom:)
