To me it's like when Sanji says that bit about 'faimly', it makes me think that Zoro is trusting him with the control, so he can be just that littel bit more intimate, with the one he wants to be intimate with. Like he's never let himself trust before he's never had anyone close to him before. So it's almost like he's 'houring' Sanji, and Sanji gets scared. But its just so perfect, and that was just my take on it anyway! Loved this!
