I remember the first time I stumbled on tiger!Zoro and fox!Sanji. I hadn't been in fandom all that long, and I thought it was strange that they were being portrayed as animals, but I thought I'd have a look - and I totally fell in love. There's something about the predatory of instincts of wild animals being mixed with these two that pushes all the right buttons. Swishy tails and all. :)
