I bet tere's a little shrine somewhere on the Baratie, full of hand-written recipes and sneakily taken photos of Sanji getting out of the shower. And Zeff pretends he doesn't know it exists, because otherwise he'd be expected to be angry. But Tuesdays and Thursday evenings the shrine is always mysteriously avoided by the other chefs under some unspoken deal. Which, of course, is nothing to do with that being the time Zeff visits. Because he doesn't know it exists. Right?
